Hi-lite didn’t pay me for this review, actually I had to ask them where I could post my review because I so strongly felt everyone needs to know where to find a really good electrician. They called to let me know they were coming, arrived on time, very pleasant electrician [I believe his name was Matthew]. He found the problem in about 10 minutes..but..on top of that he very eagerly gave opinions/estimates for other jobs I may require in the future, even fixed something that was not on his schedule. Whatta Guy! We exchanged jibes back and forth through out the call, laughed a lot about stuff. If there ever was a guy you’d want to have as your best friend, Matthew is the one. VERY qualified, VERY thorough, VERY pleasant experience. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT hesitate to call Hi-lite for your next problem.

They’ve Always Treated Me Well

Hi-Lite Electric recently installed an overhead light fixture for me, but I use their service whenever I need electrical work done. They’ve always treated me well and their prices are like everyone else. I don’t even compare, though, I just call them. The customer service is good. They do the work quickly and they’re enjoyable people to work with.

We had a fairly large chandelier to be installed and the team did a great job of completing the install as well as putting a new dimmer switch. Price was great for the service we received.

Excellent Customer Service And Results

I am more than satisfied with the service I get from Hi-Lite Electric each time that I use them. Recently, the staff replaced a chandelier and I thought that they did a good job. The workers discovered that there was some issues with the wiring, so they were very conscientious about doing the work.

For this chandelier, you have to put in 50 or 60 pieces, so it would have taken a long time to complete the job. I appreciate that they didn’t take the entire time on that part alone, and everything still turned out very well. I have used them at my business and at my home, as well. I would absolutely recommend this company to other people and I will definitely continue to use them for future service.

I also really appreciate that the staff is very clean and that they think outside of the box to fix problems. I also really like that they have parts that they need in their trucks ready to use.

Great Customer Service.

Working with Hi-Lite Electric is honestly very refreshing, they provide us with consistently great customer service and make a huge effort to make sure everything is perfect before they leave. I enjoy the consistency of their communication skills and professionalism through every project. They have been our go-to electrician for a couple years now and even when we moved we remained with them. Most recently they did a simple job for us, installing a ceiling fan in one of our bedrooms. Everything went very smoothly and we love the new look! We will continue to use them for a long time and have already sent multiple customers their way.

Solid Experience All Around

Very good experience all around with Hi-Lite Electric, they are a very reliable and honest company that really puts their customers first! I have a fairly new house with new wiring so I don’t often need an electrician but for various small jobs, I have used Hi-Lit Electric exclusively. I recently called them up to schedule a service on my dimmer switch that was acting up. They were very easy to communicate with and set up a convenient time to come by based on my schedule. The workers arrived during our scheduled window and completed the job in less than an hour—everything is working great now! They were professional and courteous throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them!

Last Friday the power failed in my townhouse repeatedly. On Saturday morning I called Hi Lite Electric at 8am and described my problem to them. They had two fellows here at 10:30am. They looked over the control panel, identified the problem and suggested a couple of solutions to me. I chose to replace the entire control panel. They came back at 5:30am on Monday morning and worked until 2pm. They started at 5:30am so as to minimize the inconvenience for myself and my family.

I was very impressed with everyone that I dealt with at Hi-Lite. They were courteous at all times, explained to me everything they wanted to do, outlined the cost of all the work in detail, didn’t hit me with any upcharges and cleaned up after themselves. They repeatedly asked my permission whenever they were moving things or needed to open up the ceiling in my basement utility room.

The two fellows who did the work, Matthew and Ryan, were class acts from start to finish. I’m happy to recommend them, and Hi-Lite, to anyone needing professional electrical work.
